3. How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, generate predicted mock exams and study packs, operate class rooms, process subscriptions and refunds, provide support, detect abuse, improve product quality, personalize study workflows, measure marketing performance, comply with law, and enforce our Terms of Service.
4. Class materials and study data
Uploaded materials may contain personal information, school information, or instructor-created content. Exam Predictor processes those materials to provide forecasting, answer keys, reasoning, and study-order features. We do not sell uploaded class materials. We restrict access to personnel and service providers who need the information to operate, secure, support, or improve the service.
5. Sharing and service providers
We may share information with vendors that provide hosting, authentication, storage, analytics, payment processing, email, customer support, security, model infrastructure, and similar services. We may also share information if required by law, to protect users or the service, during a merger or financing, or with your consent.

You can control cookies through browser settings, but disabling cookies may affect sign-in, checkout, and class-room functionality.
7. Children and students
Exam Predictor is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without legally sufficient consent. If you believe a child under 13 provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it when appropriate. Schools, parents, and students should not upload education records unless they have authority to do so.
8. Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain account history, comply with legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, and improve safety. Retention periods vary by data type, account status, and legal requirements.
9. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for using a strong password and protecting access to your account.
