Refund Policy

A clear policy for subscriptions, cancellations, failed charges, and refund review.Effective April 26, 2026

1. Overview

Exam Predictor is designed to let students evaluate a prediction preview before unlocking a paid study pack. This policy explains when payments are refundable and how cancellations work. It forms part of the Terms of Service.

2. Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. The renewal date, price, and cancellation instructions are shown at checkout and in account settings. You can cancel at any time through the billing portal to stop future charges.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription through the account, billing, or checkout portal made available in the service. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not automatically refund prior charges. If you have trouble canceling, contact support@exampredictor.co and include the email address on the account.

4. Refund eligibility

Refunds may be approved when required by law, when a duplicate charge occurs, when a billing error is confirmed, when a paid feature is materially unavailable, or when a first-time subscriber requests review within seven days of the initial charge and has not substantially used the unlocked study pack. Exam Predictor may deny refunds for heavy usage, academic-integrity abuse, account sharing, fraud, chargeback misuse, or repeated refund requests.

5. Non-refundable items

Unless required by law or approved by Exam Predictor, fees are not refundable for partial billing periods, completed study-pack unlocks, unused account time, promotional credits, affiliate payouts, or purchases made through a third-party store or payment provider that controls refund decisions.

6. How to request a refund

Send refund requests to support@exampredictor.co with your account email, charge date, amount, and reason for the request. We may request additional information to verify the transaction and account ownership.

7. Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible. Processing times depend on the payment processor and your financial institution. If a refund is issued, access to paid features connected to that purchase may be reduced or removed.
