Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are a binding agreement between you and Exam Predictor. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, uploading class materials, joining a class room, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy, and any additional terms presented at checkout or inside the product. If you do not agree, you may not use Exam Predictor.

Exam Predictor provides class-specific study software that analyzes materials you provide and generates predicted mock exams, answer keys, reasoning notes, high-ROI concept rankings, study orders, and private class intelligence rooms. Exam Predictor is a study planning and practice tool. It does not provide official school materials, guarantee any grade or score, or claim access to non-public exam content.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Exam Predictor. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and for all activity under your account.

You may use Exam Predictor to study, practice, organize materials, and understand likely assessment patterns. You may not use Exam Predictor to cheat, obtain unauthorized exam content, submit generated answers as your own work, impersonate another person, violate an instructor's rules, or bypass school academic integrity policies. You are responsible for following the rules of your school, instructor, testing organization, and scholarship or certification program.

You retain ownership of notes, files, prompts, messages, and other materials you upload or submit. You grant Exam Predictor a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, display, and create outputs from those materials solely to provide, secure, support, and improve the service. You represent that you have the rights needed to upload the materials and that your use will not infringe another party's rights.

Exam Predictor outputs are generated from available materials, product logic, model behavior, and user-provided context. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular course. You should independently verify study recommendations and answers before relying on them. Exam Predictor may update, regenerate, remove, or restrict outputs to protect users, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.

Paid features require a subscription. Prices, billing periods, renewal dates, and cancellation instructions will be shown at checkout or in account settings. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You authorize Exam Predictor and its payment processors to charge applicable fees, taxes, and renewal amounts using the payment method you provide.

You may not misuse the service, probe or disrupt its systems, scrape or resell outputs, reverse engineer non-public features, upload malware, harass other users, post unlawful content, use the service for surveillance or discrimination, or interfere with billing, attribution, safety, or academic integrity controls.

Exam Predictor and its software, designs, workflows, trademarks, generated interface elements, and proprietary methods are owned by Exam Predictor or its licensors. Except for the limited right to use the service under these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

You may stop using Exam Predictor at any time. Exam Predictor may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for other users, fail to pay amounts due, or use the service in a way that may expose Exam Predictor to legal, security, or academic-integrity risk.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Exam Predictor does not guarantee exam results, grades, admissions outcomes, certification results, or uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Exam Predictor will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, academic penalties, lost opportunities, or substitute services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Exam Predictor's aggregate liability for all claims will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to Exam Predictor in the three months before the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars.

Exam Predictor may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page or communicated through the service. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
